Shipping charges
We ship insured to you via UPS anywhere in the continental United States. UPS Ground is the pre-selected method of shipping to the 48 Continental United States for items weighing less than 50 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS 3rd Day Select.
All stock pieces will be shipped out within 3 days and you will be notified immediately if there is any delay in shipping your order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for custom order pieces (production time varies throughout the year - call for details 802.867.2409).
Our Return Policy
Flower Brook Pottery will accept returns for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Gifts may be exchanged for store credit only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Please be very careful when you return your merchandise. Use your original packaging as your guide, as Flower Brook Pottery is not responsible for returned items that arrive broken. We highly recommend that you insure for the full value all returned merchandise.
Received Damaged
If you are returning merchandise that was received damaged, you must notify Flower Brook Pottery within 8 days of receiving your damaged items so that a claim may be filed with UPS.
